Account Deletion

Delete your uBlur account and associated data

This page explains how users of the uBlur mobile app can request deletion of their account and related app data.

  • App: uBlur
  • Developer: uBlur
  • Email support available

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line uBlur account deletion request.
  3. Include the email address used to sign in to the uBlur mobile app.
  4. If you want us to verify a specific purchase or premium issue before deletion, mention that in the message.

What data will be deleted

When we process a valid deletion request for the uBlur mobile app, we will delete or stop retaining app-side account data associated with your request where applicable, such as:

  • basic profile records linked to your app account, such as display name, email address, and profile image metadata we store for account recognition;
  • rewarded entitlement records linked to your signed-in app account;
  • other app-side account records we control that are tied to the identity you used in uBlur.

What may be kept

Some data may not be deleted immediately, or may need to be kept for limited operational, legal, fraud-prevention, or financial reasons. This may include:

  • store billing records maintained by Google Play or the App Store;
  • limited support communications you sent to us by email;
  • security, fraud-prevention, or audit logs that must be retained for a limited period.

Retention periods

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited support, billing, compliance, or security records may be retained for up to 90 days, or longer if required by law, platform rules, tax obligations, chargeback handling, or fraud prevention needs.

Important notes

  • Deleting your uBlur app account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Recurring subscriptions must be canceled through Google Play or the App Store.
  • Deleting your account does not delete records held independently by Google, Apple, Firebase, AdMob, Google Play, or your sign-in provider under their own policies.
  • For ordinary editing, your screenshots are not uploaded to our server just to be edited.
