End User License Agreement
This EULA grants you a limited right to use uBlur on the web and in the mobile app, while keeping ownership, restrictions, and store-related terms clear.
Scope of license
uBlur grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the uBlur website and mobile app for personal, internal, educational, and commercial screenshot or image-editing workflows in accordance with this agreement and our Terms and Conditions.
Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from uBlur except where applicable law clearly permits that activity despite this restriction.
You may not use uBlur to create, export, or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
Ownership
uBlur and all related branding, software, interface elements, and site or app content remain the property of uBlur and its licensors. This agreement gives you a right to use the product, not ownership of the software itself.
App stores and third-party services
If you use the mobile app, your download, billing, subscription, refund, and account relationship may also be governed by Google Play, the Apple App Store, or other platform rules in addition to this EULA.
Some features rely on third-party services such as Firebase, AdMob, Google Play, or Apple billing services. Their availability may affect how portions of uBlur operate.
Updates, termination, and disclaimers
We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of uBlur at any time. This license automatically ends if you violate this EULA or our Terms and Conditions.
uBlur is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind. You remain responsible for reviewing exported images before sharing them and for complying with workplace, legal, regulatory, and platform requirements.
